Graduate Engineer – Theatre Automation

London, UK | Full-time | XM Automation

We’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic graduate engineer (or someone early in their career) to join our growing team at XM Automation. If you’re practical, keen to learn, and excited by live entertainment technology, this is a chance to get stuck in and grow with a business that’s reshaping theatre automation.

What you’ll do:

• PLC programming (mainly Beckhoff)

• Drive commissioning

• Electronics assembly

• Project support and general workshop/office work

What you’ll need:

• An engineering degree (or equivalent experience)

• A proactive, can-do attitude

• A genuine interest in theatre and technology

Bonus if you have experience with automation systems, PLCs, or theatre technology.
